Book your flight ticket confidently with Price Match. If fare drops within 24 hours of purchase of a flight ticket (scheduled to depart 7 calendar days from the booking date), claim a refund of the fare difference. For claiming, you need to submit a valid proof of the same itinerary being available at any major OTA competitor site or app in the USA at a lower price within twenty-four (24) hours of booking. We will match that lower price by refunding the fare difference. If you don’t wish to keep the booking, we’ll refund the full amount.
The same itinerary means that each and every element of each offer matches; airline(s), flight number(s), itinerary, date(s), number of customers and seat type, and it is available for booking.
"Major OTA Competitor" means the U.S. English-language websites of CheapOair, Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com and Travelocity.com.
The Price Match does not apply to fares offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidator fares; or fares available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package or "Web Only" fares are excluded.
The Price Match does not apply to "opaque" tickets (where the airline booking details are unknown until after purchase) or tickets issued under a "bidding" or "auction model". Fare errors are also excluded.
Cheapfaremart may release promo codes to drive customer acquisition and reward customer loyalty. These promo codes come with a limited validity and are governed by a set of their terms and conditions (mentioned on the page of promo codes or along with the codes). Here are the guidelines regarding the usage of the promotional offers.
1. The maximum discount you can avail from all Cheapfaremart promo codes is the value of our service fees.
2. Cheapfaremart promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or bartered and hold no cash value.
3. To redeem the coupon code, a valid promo code must be entered in the promo code link on payment page. If the code is not entered the discount cannot be redeemed and has no value.
4. Due to technical problems, if the code is not accepted or a coupon link is not present, you have the right to not purchase the product or service, but in no circumstances will the credit be applied after purchase is made.
5. Cheapfaremart promo codes offers may be revised or withdrawn any time without notice, even if other websites are displaying the same offers.
6. For all technical errors there is no recourse except you have the right to not make the purchase.
7. Cheapfaremart reserves the right to discontinue any promotional offers. After the withdrawal, a promo code becomes invalid, and the only recourse with you is to Either go with the original pricing or discontinue your purchase.
8. The final price displayed (with or without promo code) will be the amount billed/charged and there will be no credits/discounts applied after purchase for absolutely any reason.
9. Cheapfaremart promo codes cannot be combined with another offer.

Cheapfaremart operates ethically complying with the banks or financial institutions issuing the credit or debit card or digital payment service provider like PayPal and the airlines involved. Here are the applicable terms and conditions for a successful payment and booking.
Cheapfaremart will process a payment and the corresponding booking when the payment card or digital payment service account is linked with a verifiable billing address.
We accept credit or debit card issued by all banks and institutions. Check your country name against the drop-down menu offered in the check-out page while processing for the payment.
All airline bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier.
When you present your credit or debit card for a purchase, we send an authorization request to your card issuer for the amount of your anticipated transaction (placing a temporary "hold" on the funds). If for some reasons, your booking is not confirmed, the amount will not be debited and we will request that such hold be released by your credit or debit card bank. However, funds subject to the hold will not be available to you for other purposes.
If your card is declined for any reason, Cheapfaremart will notify you within 72 hours. Submission of the card details to us does not guarantee the issuance of your ticket.
Cheapfaremart shall not be held accountable for any inconvenience or loss in the event your credit or debit card is not approved or charged.
The card or the payment stands disapproved or uncharged because of any one or a combination of multiple reasons including, but not limited to, airline could not confirm the booking, fare increased since payment information was submitted and prior to ticketing; or insufficient funds.
In case the fare goes up at the time of booking (from what you opted for), you will be provided with alternate options and you have the right to cancel the booking at no cost to you.
Once the booking is confirmed at the cost originally quoted to you, the ticket becomes non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Cheapfaremart applies robust safety measures for payment processing. Cheapfaremart reports fraudulent transactions to airport security, airlines and other federal and state law enforcement agencies.
You agree to be liable for any and all credit card payments and you agree not to dispute charges after the purchase has been made and your tickets and/or other products have been delivered by email confirmation or have been shipped to you. You agree to reimburse Cheapfaremart in cases of chargeback or credit card disputes where you have genuinely purchased a service on our Platform.
Cheapfaremart keeps a record of the payment transactions and bookings made over the phone for evidence. The recording of customer experience helps us to train our people and improve our services.
Online credit card transactions are authorized at the time a user or anyone acting on their behalf accepts these Terms & Conditions and continues with the purchase.
When certain transactions are determined to be high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined that it's safe to process them. In order to establish validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.
An “Infant” is defined as a traveler who has not reached two (2) years of age for the entire duration of travel. An infant may be permitted to travel on the accompanying adult’s lap, subject to applicable airline policies. Certain airlines and routes may impose an infant fare, typically assessed at ten percent (10%) of the corresponding adult fare, in addition to any applicable taxes and fees.
If an infant attains the age of two (2) years prior to or during any segment of the journey, the traveler shall no longer qualify for an infant fare. In such cases, the applicable child fare must be purchased, and the traveler shall occupy a separate seat in accordance with the airline’s fare rules.
Each adult passenger may accompany only one (1) infant traveling on the adult’s lap. In the event that an adult is accompanied by more than one (1) infant, a separate ticket and seat must be purchased for the additional infant under the applicable adult or child fare category.
An “Unaccompanied Minor” is defined as a traveler between the ages of five (5) and seventeen (17) years who travels without the accompaniment of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. Such travelers may be accepted for carriage subject to the airline’s specific Unaccompanied Minor Service policy.
Certain airlines provide an optional or mandatory supervised service for unaccompanied minors, which may include assistance from check-in and boarding at the departure airport through to the transfer of custody to an authorized adult at the destination. The availability, scope, and fees applicable to this service vary by airline and route.
Airlines may, at their discretion, restrict unaccompanied minor travel to non-stop flights only, or prohibit travel entirely for minors not accompanied by an adult passenger. Travelers are advised to review the respective airline’s unaccompanied minor policy prior to ticket purchase and travel.
If you are traveling to an international destination, it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all foreign entry, visa, and documentation requirements applicable to your journey. Cheapfaremart disclaims all liability arising from your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Cheapfaremart shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner for any denial of boarding, entry refusal, deportation, or related costs or losses resulting from your non-compliance with passport, visa, health, or other entry regulations. Travelers are strongly advised to consult the appropriate embassy, consulate, or government authority of the destination country to confirm current and applicable entry requirements prior to travel.
Any and all modifications to an existing itinerary are strictly governed by the rules and restrictions imposed by the respective Travel Supplier(s). The ability to make changes, including but not limited to alterations in travel dates, routes, or passenger names, is subject to the supplier’s fare rules and conditions of carriage.
Most Travel Suppliers prohibit any date or name changes once a booking has been completed and ticketed. Cheapfaremart makes no guarantees and assumes no liability for any booking, reservation, or fare that becomes invalid, void, or altered due to changes made by the customer or adjustments made by the Travel Supplier, including but not limited to schedule changes or operational decisions.
Most airfares offered are non-refundable in their entirety as discussed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. However, in limited circumstances where a fare rule permits cancellation—either with or without an applicable fee—Cheapfaremart shall, at its discretion, assist the customer in coordinating with the relevant airline or Travel Supplier to facilitate a refund or issuance of a travel credit for future use with Cheapfaremart.
The determination and calculation of any credit amount are governed exclusively by the airline’s terms and conditions and are beyond the control or authority of Cheapfaremart. Such credits are subject to a defined validity period and must be utilized within the stipulated timeframe. Customers are strongly advised to consult a Cheapfaremart customer service representative prior to initiating a cancellation to obtain information regarding applicable policies, penalties, and procedures.
Any exercise of cancellation rights, where permitted, must be made by contacting Cheapfaremart’s designated toll-free number prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. Cheapfaremart does not guarantee approval or successful processing of any cancellation or refund request.
When booking a new ticket using credit received from a prior cancellation, if the fare of the new ticket exceeds the credit amount, the passenger shall be required to pay the difference in fare, along with any applicable airline-imposed penalties and Cheapfaremart service fees. Conversely, if the fare of the new ticket is lower than the available credit, any remaining balance shall be forfeited and shall not be refunded or retained for future use.
Check the key taxes and fees (exemptions may apply to selected travelers against certain fees/taxes) that might be applicable to your travel bookings.

Each airline maintains its own baggage allowance policy, which governs the number, weight, and dimensions of baggage permitted for carriage. If you have excess baggage items/item with extra sizes or weights, the airline may allow (with an extra fee) or deny based on its policy.
For customer convenience, Cheapfaremart provides access to a Baggage Fees page summarizing applicable baggage rules and charges across various airlines and travel types. While every effort is made to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of such information, Cheapfaremart does not guarantee its completeness or current validity. Passengers are solely responsible for verifying the most recent baggage policies and fees directly with the operating airline prior to departure.
Airlines may impose specific time limits or procedural requirements for the purchase or addition of extra baggage allowances. Customers are advised to review these conditions with the airline to prevent potential disruption or additional cost at the airport.
When there are two or more airlines involved for connecting flights, you may have to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue your journey. In these cases, if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first bag checked-in, we recommend traveling light to reduce these costs. To locate the fees on baggage check-in by airlines, please visit our Baggage Fees page.
From time to time, and subject to the policies of the respective airline(s) operating your flight(s), Cheapfaremart may, at its discretion, provide customers with the opportunity to request optional airline services and products in connection with their ticket(s). Such optional services may include, but are not limited to, pre-assigned seating, checked baggage, in-flight amenities, or other ancillary offerings.
All optional services and products are provided directly by the airline(s) and are governed by each airline’s individual terms of use, conditions of carriage, and availability. The cost of such optional services shall be in addition to the base ticket fare. Any service fees charged by Cheapfaremart for facilitating or submitting such requests on your behalf are non-refundable once services have been rendered, and Cheapfaremart makes no representation or warranty that such requests will be confirmed or honored by the airline(s).
You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all restrictions, limitations, and terms applicable to the optional services or products requested. Cheapfaremart acts solely in the capacity of a marketing and facilitation agent with respect to such airline ancillary products and services and does not exercise control over their fulfillment, modification, or cancellation.
By requesting any optional airline service or product through Cheapfaremart, you acknowledge and agree that our aggregate liability, if any, arising from or relating to such requests, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the optional service or product in question. For any issues or disputes regarding the availability, quality, or usage of optional airline services or products, customers are strongly advised to contact the operating carrier directly.
The coverage, inclusions or exclusions, cancellation and refund of the travel insurance policy associated with your travel ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance service provider. We don’t have any control over it. However, as your travel agent, we stand by you and provide all sorts of assistance that you may need.
This policy is intended to protect consumers and reduce disputes in compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
If the scheduled departure is at least 7 days after the booking date, you may cancel the reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund at no charge.
To cancel, contact us via the customer portal, phone, or the email address below within the 24-hour window. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
This policy applies to:
This policy does not override specific airline rules applicable to bookings made directly with an airline; it supplements DOT guidance by offering an equivalent consumer protection when purchased through our agency.
The U.S. DOT’s 24-hour reservation requirement primarily applies to airlines; travel agents/OTAs are not mandated by DOT to offer the same but are permitted to do so —Cheapfaremart elects to adopt this consumer-friendly practice.
During the processing of your payment, if there is any change in airfare, you are informed of this change. Depending on your will, accept or decline the transaction. Your card will be charged only if you accept the transaction.
Our Post Payment Price Guarantee: Once you accept to pay the booking amount and the transaction completes successfully, Cheapfaremart will honor your request despite any fluctuation in the airfare.
Cheapfaremart, as a third-party travel agency, processes your requests for seats, meals, frequent flyer and other special itinerary and in lieu of that charges a service fee for each. You agree that any such charges are non-refundable. We do not guarantee any particular result. We do not guarantee you will be assigned the seat(s) you have requested. We also do not guarantee that your meal(s), frequent flyer and other special requests will be honored by the airline. We recommend you to contact your air carrier or airline directly to confirm your request status. Check contact details of airlines here.
Airlines exercise their own rules and policies regarding schedule changes or cancellations. Such schedule changes and flight cancellations are beyond the control of Cheapfaremart.
Key reasons resulting airline schedule changes or cancellations include:
Cheapfaremart does not assume any liability whatsoever for cancelled flights, flights that are missed, or flights not connecting due to any scheduled changes made by the airlines.
You agree to irrevocably waive any claim against Cheapfaremart, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party's officers, directors, managers, agents, contractors, or employees, and expressly agree that neither Cheapfaremart nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for:
It’s your solemn responsibility to contact your airline to know the current departure timing. Re-confirm at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 72 hours for flights to Hawaii and international destinations. You may also reach out to us to stay updated.
If you stay uninformed of the current status, you may: miss your flights, lose the value of your tickets and possibly have your travel postponed by 1 or 2 days or even a few weeks before the airline can accommodate you.
In most of the cases of schedule changes, upgrades and standbys are not allowed. Upgrades/standby are guided by the terms of the airlines.
Discounted tickets do not accrue towards the frequent flyer mileage.
We forward your seat request to the airlines, but we do not guarantee regarding its confirmation. It’s a subject matter of the airlines in question. In addition, for special requirements such as "stretcher assistance" or "wheelchair", please contact the airline directly.
We reserve the right to cancel requests for travel to destinations that have been declared prohibited by the US Govt.
Customers departing from international destinations such as Mexico, Caribbean, the United Kingdom and Australia are liable to pay a departure tax to the local government at the boarding airport. You understand and agree that such taxes are not included in the ticket cost.
A $28 administrative fee will be charged for travel receipts requested for bookings that were made a year or more ago.
To avoid any discrepancy and inconvenience, it’s the responsibility of the customer to review and confirm the names, dates, flight numbers, airlines and routing including all airport changes at the time of booking (online/over the phone). Our customer service representative will be glad to help you in this regard. Review and save the itinerary for future reference.
As a responsible traveler, honor the US Federal law that forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in any manner. A violation may result in five years of imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124).
If you notice any discrepancy in your booking, immediately contact us within 4 hours from the time the booking was completed. The list of hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. To know more, contact your airline representative.
If your flight travel is accomplished by multiple airlines, we recommend you to know the booking, departure, baggage, cancellation, refund, restrictions, or other terms of each airline’s carefully. You are responsible for complying with each airline's terms and conditions, which may differ (for example, check-in times and limits on baggage size/weight). Take a hardcopy of your outbound and return e-ticket confirmation prior to traveling. You might be asked for the return ticket at check-in.

All transaction service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.
Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount as shown.
The eligibility for airline refunds and future credits is determined by adhering to the specific fare rules, policies, and procedures established by each respective airline.
We provide Special Discounts through our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for Military, Bereavement, and the Visually Impaired.
Service fees are displayed in local currency on the checkout page. Passenger categories include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military. Charges for modifications, refunds, cancellations, and future credits will be applied per passenger, per ticket.
Most of our airline tickets, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Travel protection insurance is refundable within 10 days of purchase if travel has not commenced, and you have registered the cancellation request by calling us our customer service center.
Refunds are possible only if the below conditions are fulfilled:
1) Fare rules of a travel supplier(s) allow cancellations and refunds;
2) You have formally raised a cancellation request by contacting us on our toll-free number and authenticated it successfully by your email registered with the booking;
3) You are not classified as a "no show" (as most "no show" bookings are ineligible for supplier waivers);
4) We have successfully obtained waivers from the supplier(s), if required and approved by the airlines.
A no-show occurs when a passenger fails to check in or board the flight without prior notice or cancellation. To avoid being marked as a no-show, please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Consequences of a No-Show
All subsequent flights on the same ticket will be automatically cancelled.
In most cases, you may lose the full value of the unused ticket.
Even for refundable tickets, a no-show may result in loss of the entire fare. A timely cancellation may help you receive a full or partial refund, depending on the fare rule.
Some airlines charge a no-show fee, often deducted from any potential refund or future credit.
To Avoid a No-Show
Formally cancel your flight before departure time.
Some fare types require cancellation at least 24 hours prior to departure. You may be eligible for a refund or travel credit, depending on your fare rules.
If you miss your flight due to unforeseen circumstances, contact our travel agent support team promptly at 1-844-869-5222 for assistance.
Please note that a major portion of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Hence, the issuance of Airline Refunds/Future Credits is subject to compliance with the specific airline fare rules, policies, and procedures.
We also provide Special Services for a fee to customers with respect to their flight bookings to help them cope with any conditions beyond their control. The services are offered on request basis, subject to the scrutiny and approval process of each airline, in accordance with their respective fare rules, policies, and procedures. Our agency service fees for special services will be charged upon providing the service(s). You are eligible for its refund only if the airline denies the request.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights and will have a substantial impact on how claims you and we may have against each other are resolved
Cheapfaremart is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a problem or dispute with our services we will try to resolve your concerns. If we are unsuccessful in resolving your concerns you may pursue claims as explained below.
You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to this website, any dealings with our booking agents, any services or products provided, any representations made by us or our Privacy Policy by contacting 1-844-869-5222. If we are not able to resolve your concerns within 60 days you may seek relief through arbitration as set forth below.
You and we agree that we will resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or our relationship in connection with the Platform or previous versions of these Terms & Conditions (each, a “Claim”), in accordance with one of the subsections of this Resolution of Disputes section below or as otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing.
Cheapfaremart reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will post the revised Terms and Conditions on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Any and all Claims will be resolved by binding arbitration initiated through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) except for claims asserted on an individual basis that are properly filed in a small claims court or other court of competent jurisdiction having a jurisdictional limit of U.S. $5,000 or less excluding costs, interests and attorneys’ fees. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award is very limited. However, except as set forth below, an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court can award to an individual. An arbitrator should apply the Terms & Conditions as a court would.
Arbitrations will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA rules. You may choose to have an arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions or in person in the state where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
Notwithstanding the provision above with respect to applicable substantive law, any arbitration conducted pursuant to these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1-16). AAA and the parties must comply with the following rules: (a) the arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator approved by or otherwise affiliated with AAA; except that if the total amount in controversy is more than US $100,000, the defendant may request a panel of three arbitrators; (b) the party initiating the arbitration shall choose the form in which they would like the arbitration to be conducted: via telephone, online, solely based on written submissions, or at an in-person hearing; (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, if either party requests an in-person hearing: (i) the arbitrator shall decide whether a hearing is necessary or whether the arbitration should proceed via telephone, online or solely based on written submissions, (ii) if the arbitrator deems that a hearing is necessary, the hearing shall occur at a mutually agreed upon location, or, if the parties are unable to agree on a location, at a location that is selected by the arbitrator and is reasonably convenient to all parties, and (iii) either party may elect to participate in an in-person hearing by phone, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise; (d) the arbitrator may not award any: (i) incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including damages for lost profits, or (ii) punitive or exemplary damages, except where permitted by statute, and the parties waive any right to recover any such damages described in subparagraphs (d)(i) and (d)(ii); (e) the arbitrator may award injunctive or declaratory relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim; and (f) unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
The arbitrator may not decide issues relating to arbitrability and the scope or enforceability of this Mandatory Arbitration provision, which shall be only for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide. Judgment on the award issued by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This Mandatory Arbitration provision shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIM COVERED BY THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION.
All claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with this Resolution of Disputes section. All claims filed or brought that are not in accordance with to this section shall be considered improperly filed. Should a claim be filed by either you or us in manner that is not in accordance with this section, the other party may seek to recover attorneys' fees and costs up to US$5,000, provided that the other party has been notified in writing of the improperly filed claim, received fourteen days to withdraw such claim, and fails to do so.
