A group consists of 10 or more passengers traveling together on at least one common flight segment.

A group air ticket is a single PNR (Passenger Name Record) listing all passengers entitled to board a flight.

7. Do airlines give discounts for groups?
Yes. Airlines provide discounts. However, sometimes, the per-person air ticket cost could be even higher than the individually booked air ticket cost.
8. Can a few passengers from a group commence their onward flight early or return late, i.e. on a different date?
Yes, it is allowed within a 7-day window. The gap between the dates of return of the first passenger/group and the last passenger/group shall not be more than 7 calendar days. All passengers in the group must travel together on at least 1 common flight segment. This rule may vary from airline to airline.
9. Can minors be included in a group?
Yes. There shall be at least 1 adult for every 20 minors on a non-stop flight and 1 adult for every 15 minors on a connecting flight. This rule may vary from airline to airline.
10. Does the group flight remain valid if the passenger’ count reduces below 10 on the date of departure?
Yes, the remaining passengers can board the flight.
11. Will I get a refund if a passenger does not turn up for the group flight?
No. The passengers who do not turn up for the flights will not have any credit left over.
