Cancellation and Refund Policy

Committed to nurture a trustworthy relationship with you, we want you to have a clear understanding of how we operate. Read our Cancellation and Refund policy.

All of our airline tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking the reservation.

You agree and understand:

Cancellation-request must be raised at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

No refund is processed in the event of any delay in check-in, no show, overbooking, strike, force measures or other causes that are neither under our control, nor that of the flight supplier.

Flight ticket charges are non-refundable generally, unless any special provision is available with the flight supplier. Cancellation requests will only be received via phone call.

Acknowledgement of the cancellation or refund request by us doesn’t guarantee the approval or processing thereof by the airline.

We will process any refund or waiver against your request only if the same gets approved and processed by your flight carrier.

The cancellation/refund approval/refund amount/ refund release is subject to the flight supplier’s terms and conditions.

We shall not be held liable for any delay in the processing of the cancellation or refund request by the airline.

The entire cancellation and refund procedure may take 60 to 90 days from the day of initial request raise to the amount disbursement in your account.

For security reasons and keep your privacy intact, we also require validation of the cancellation or refund request via email. Your coordination and support is a must for the smooth processing of the raised request. Any failure or delay to do so is likely to affect the process, causing delay, abortion or rejection of the request.

In addition to the charges and penalties of airlines, Cheapfaremart will levy a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per-passenger, per-ticket basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If the carrier or supplier denies the refund, we will refund you our post-ticketing service fees applicable to your agent assisted refund request, but not our booking fees for the original airlines ticket.
